Simplicity and practice pays off for the less-experienced individual, but lifters already aged with iron need a bit more programming complexity to make continued gains in size and strength. With respect to ICF 5x5, this is what I think is: Better: I think it may be less "scary" for novices, who are intimidated by more dynamic movements such as the power clean.

ICF 5x5 is just fine - it will give you a good base to work from - I did a upper/lower 4 day split for my first 2 years but I really like the ICF 5x5 and think if I went back and did it all over again thats what I would do 2015-09-19 · ICF 5x5?
